N-POWER UPDATE ON BACKLOG PAYMENT 

Some days ago, in our social media pages, we updated that N-Power would begin to pay the backlog owed to some beneficiaries.

Yesterday, the payment of the first batch of 43,000 beneficiaries commenced. The Federal Government continues to work tirelessly to ensure this experience beneficial and rewarding for you.

We believe that for every volunteer that is Npower, individual communities will benefit greatly.

The processing for payment for backlog of 16,000 beneficiaries have also begun and this should hit the payment stage.

For those who recently updated their account records in the last 4-6 weeks, they should expect payment by the end of May 2017.

It has come to our attention that certain people have posted the personal phone numbers of the focal persons on social media. This is a violation of policy!

There are official means of communications to lodge complaints and report incidents. The official channels include the NPVN Help support, selection@npower.gov.ng and official phone lines.

Please note that anyone who does not lodge complains through the NPVN Help support, email and on the approved official phone lines will NOT be attended to.

The Npower team is committed to ensuring that the issues that many face are resolved. We advise that you follow the instruction diligently.

If you were selected for the NPower programme, verified and you were not paid, please state so in the following order:

  1. NOT Paid
  2. Date of Verification
  3. What programme you were selected for
  4. State
  5. Local Government Area

Please follow the steps listed below

If you have been selected for the first phase of the Npower programme,

Go to npvn.npower.gov.ng, login with your phone number or email address provided during Npower Registration with the username and surname as password.

Connect either your facebook or twitter account. Change your default password (minimum of 6 characters).

After you are logged into the platform:

Update your profile:

Click on account settings on the left panel

Then click on edit information (next to personal information)

Update your Personal Information

After updating your Personal Information, click on update account to save.

Update your bank account details:

Click on account settings on the left pane

Check if account details are correct

If not, click on edit information (next to Bank information)

Update your bank account and BVN

Click on update account to save.

Access the learning contents on the platform:

On the home page, click on “Go to Prepare” or “prepare” on the left pane

Click on “Welcome to NPVN” card to watch the welcome video

Click on a module to access learning contents.

Steps for Npower Programme Device Collection:

  1. Login through the Npower Volunteers Nework websites Via npvn.npower.gov.ng
  2. Click on any of the three programmes: N-Tech, N-Health, and N-Agro.

Make sure you click on the one that is applicable to you and follow the steps.

    I have not been paid, my August to November stipend, My profile was verified on the 8th /August /2018, N-Teach batch b,. Niger State.. LGA: Suleja. I have been enrolled since, all my colleague that we were enrolled together have been receiving their stipend.
